Emma holds a Bachelor of Nutrition from Torrens University and a Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition from Sports Nutrition Australia.
She is passionate about helping active individuals and athletes, from everyday gym-goers to elite performers, learn how to fuel for life, build a healthy relationship with food, and make nutrition simple, sustainable, and effective.
